Do registries accept contributions from outside the US?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Amex are supported. ACH is unavailable outside US. Exchange rates are controlled by the issuer of the bank card and/or Stripe. https://stripe.com/pricing#pricing-details There may be fees charged to the foreign card based on the US transaction.
